My house was getting so dusty in the matter of hours after cleaning, I decided that the ducts/vents were to blame (my husband disagreed at the time). I spoke to the owner on the phone, she was extremely nice and accomadating to our crazy work schedule.  The team of 2 guys arrived on time, almost to the minute!  Over the course of 3 hours, they worked in tandem vacuuming the ducts, cleaning the furnace and registers.  The house immediately had a fresh smell!!! My husband was very impressed and asked them to clean the dryer vent for an extra charge.  it was amazing to see how much lint was trapped in the line to the outside of the house!  I can tell you that I now only have to dust once every 2 weeks!

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful job you did cleaning our ducts. We had moved in late September, and I had wanted to get the ducts cleaned because I could see the dirt. But, we weren't really running the air conditioning, and definitely weren't running the heat, so I put it off. Well, when it started getting cold, we naturally started using the heat, and I started getting sick - very sick. I have asthma, and I was coughing all the time. I ended up with a bad case of bronchitis (on my way to pneumonia) and was on a lot of medication to control my cough and help me breathe.

I finally figured out that I was probably sick because of all of the gunk in my ducts, and did a lot of hunting around for the best service and price to get them cleaned. There are other companies in the area that are a lot cheaper - at first. But they add on to their base price for any number of reasons. I decided to go with your company, and have been very pleased.

I'm not sick any more, and I have no recurring cough. The air smells so pleasant when I come home now, and I feel so much better knowing that all that dirt and grime is gone.

The level of experience that you and your crew provided was beyond my expectations.  I had special circumstances surrounding your visit to my home.  My two years young son was home w/ me, and it was best that he not stay present in the midst of the cleaning agents - though they were very mild. Due to the great rapport that we established before coming to my home, I felt comfortable leaving my home for the few hours it took to get the job done. While absent from my home you kept in touch with me via texting, which I thought was so cool and greatly appreciated. When I returned to my home I found it in the exact same condition it was prior to your crew coming out - neat and clean as though they were never there ... a huge plus for me!

Now, weeks after receiving your services a I can see the value that your company has brought to my family's home.  The air quality is  much better, and our home gets hotter much faster.  I will highly recommend Scott's to anyone that needs the services you offer.

I called Scott’s Duct Cleaning Service 215-464-3828 (Ron Scott) to have my duct work cleaned.  I spoke with Ron’s wife who gave me a great price, so I set up an appointment to have the work done.

Well this model shows up at my door only to realize this was his teenaged wife who came with an employee to clean my duct work.

During the cleaning process they recovered the cookie cutter discs I allegedly inserted into the vents sometime in the late 1950’s along with several 1940’s vintage pennies.  When I told my sister what they found she said “Mother always wondered what happened to them”.

At the end of the process I paid her and they left.  The next day I received a phone call from her stating that I over paid them by $100.00 dollars.  Since the recent death of my father my mind has not been functioning properly and I would never have known I was missing the money.  Mrs. Scott promptly returned the cash to me.

I would highly recommend them for their great work but most of all for their honesty.

I really don't know how to thank you enough. I've had dryer vents and duct work cleaned in many homes & apartments that I manage. Never before has any firm done such a thorough and competent job. My home was cleaner after you left than when you're people got here. The individual washing & caulking of the vents made them look brand new. In addition, when they brought back the tubing leading to the outside vent, I thought it was new part - that's how fantastic the cleaning was.
